Can't setup camera

Got the camera today. Stuck on step 5. Gets about half done then says "Failed to send update to camera.". Every time. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Exited and restarted the app. Removed my very thin magsafe case. Nothing works.
Pixel 9 Pro XL, Android 15, latest update.
