video import issues

I'm having trouble importing videos from the camera. Some work smoothly, but longer videos lag on playback and cannot be downloaded. One video crashes when I try to play it. Anything under a minute or so has not had issues.

Alice Camera Team yes, currently I am using the beta app through you to import the footage through my phone. When I try to plug in with my PC, it says the Alice Camera needs to be formatted and that seemed like a bad move to try. However, I ended up plugging it into my Mac and was able to access my photos and videos with no problem.

Currently, I am using a USB C stick and that I am able to access with a PC. Is it possible to access my Alice Camera with a PC, or is that something you could look at in the future?
