4K video for the Alice Camera

I'm having trouble importing videos from the camera. Some work smoothly, but longer videos lag on playback and cannot be downloaded. One video crashes when I try to play it. Anything under a minute or so has not had issues.

Extra frame rates to video such as 30fps and 60fps
